Since Young arrived at Little Dot, his team has launched eight FAST channels on 14 platforms globally. This is complemented by the distribution of thousands of hours of AVoD content to OTT platforms. Adding FAST and AVoD to OTT platforms has meant Little Dot is uniquely placed to drive viewing and monetisation across different formats and platforms and leverage insights to refine content strategies. Little Dot’s own app, Veely, houses all its FAST/AVoD channels, creating a direct-to-consumer route and enabling distribution of the app to TV platforms.
As an early entrant into FAST, Little Dot prioritised North America, the UK, Europe, Australasia and Asia and is actively reviewing Spanish-language territories. To successfully grow in these markets, Little Dot built its own ad stack where 25-plus partners bid for advertising inventory across its channel portfolio.
