Seçkin, after graduating from Galatasaray High School in 1989, earned his economics degree from Marmara University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in English. Starting his career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in 1990, Seçkin spent four years there, eventually becoming assistant finance manager.
His journey continued at Japan Tobacco International Turkey (JTI), where he dedicated 11 years to various managerial roles, culminating in his appointment as CFO and board member. In 2005, he transitioned to Doğan TV Holding, the largest media conglomerate in Turkey. He assumed the role of group president responsible for finance and law, and executive VP. During his tenure at Doğan TV Group, Seçkin held pivotal roles such as CFO, COO, and CEO. He oversees strategic financial management, business development, media asset management, acquisitions, disposals, and partner relationships.
In 2022, Seçkin assumed the role of CEO at OGM Pictures, a prominent content producer in Turkey with an extensive production portfolio. Since its establishment in 2019, OGM Pictures has delivered an impressive volume of content for Turkish Free Air Channels and streaming platforms such as Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime. OGM Pictures has become the first Turkish production company to showcase its work on global digital productions due to its innovative approach. With a commendable success track record, OGM Pictures stands out as a leading production company, solidifying its position among industry frontrunners.
