Diego Guebel is the president of Boxfish TV, a production company with offices in Buenos Aires, São Paulo and Madrid, and one of the most relevant ones in the unscripted space, both in the production of big international formats (Family Feud, MasterChef, Bake Off) and in the creation of their own IPs (¿Quién sabe más de Argentina?, The Hotel) and also in the documentary genre (Locomía, Ahora Alfonsín). In 1994, together with Mario Pergolini, he founded the Argentine production company Cuatro Cabezas, from which programmes such as CQC, El Rayo, Punto DOC and La Liga emerged and which would become a pioneer in the creation and export of formats to the international market. Then he became CEO of Eyeworks Cuatro Cabezas for Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Portugal and Chile; and, after its acquisition by Warner Bros., he assumed leadership for South America and Southern Europe at Warner Bros. International Television Production. In 2011, he joined the Brazilian broadcaster Bandeirantes as content director and VP of TV. Between 2015 and 2022, he was president of CAPIT (Argentine Chamber of Independent Television Producers).
