Isaac Lee is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Exile Content, a media company dedicated to elevating Latin stories to global audiences, which he established in 2019.
He previously served as the Chief Content Officer for Univision Communications Inc. and Televisa, where he led broadcast and cable networks, a film studio, streaming and digital properties.

Lee’s scripted work include the production of the award-winning film Paraíso Travel, and executive produced the mini-series for TVE, Operation Checkmate, which was nominated for an International Emmy. He also executive produced three seasons of El Chapo for Netflix. Lee’s non-scripted work includes the executive production of Who Killed Malcolm X? (Netflix), the award-winning documentary Science Fair (NatGeo/Disney+), Outpost (HBO), The Traffickers (Netflix), Food Exposed (Netflix) and Residente (Netflix), as well as Hate Rising with Jorge Ramos, among many other documentaries. He has also produced investigative journalism pieces with Frontline, which received wide industry recognition, including Peabody and DuPont awards.

Lee served on the board member of the Associated Press (AP) for 9 years and continues to serve on the boards of the Committee to Protect the Journalists (CPJ) and Columbia Journalism Review (CJR). He also serves on the Journalism Advisory Board at ProPublica and as a Trustee of the Hirshhorn Museum of contemporary art. He is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR).
