Valenzuela, Movistar Plus+ international general manager, is in charge of the international activity of the Spanish platform. Head of distribution and international business at Movistar Plus+, Valenzuela heads this new strategic division within the company. Prior to this position, she was director of strategy and international at Buendía Estudios (JV of Movistar and Atresmedia) and head of global audiovisual strategy at Huawei for a period of two years, as well as an executive at Sony Pictures for 16 years where she served as SVP distribution Iberia.

Graduated in Chinese studies from the University of Cologne, Valenzuela has studied and worked in Germany, Japan, Taiwan, and speaks fluent English, German, Portuguese and Mandarin.
