Michelle had her bachelor in the most prestigious University in Argentina – UBA – and continued her Postgraduate studies in the US at UC Berkeley where she was distinguished with honors. In 1994 she began her professional career in Telefe International, later in Fox Latin American Channels in the city of Los Angeles. After her return to Argentina, she served as Promotions Manager for PSN. She was appointed again by Telefonica Group, for the position of International Sales Executive for Telefe, Channel 9, and Antenna 3. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Senior Executive and later, the young executive, became the Head of International Business at Television Federal (TELEFE), the main Argentinean tv broadcaster – leading the synergy of the integral international business (Content Sales, Production Services, Co-productions and Formats) while she was the youngest Executive in a Senior Role. In December 2012, she joins the world’s leading entertainment company, Endemol Shine Group as SVP of International Business and Content Development for the territory of Latin America, the largest Worldwide Entertainment Company with presence in 35 countries through its more than 150 operation companies. Wasserman operated from the offices of Endemol Shine Argentina (today Kuarzo Entertainment) until 2017 when she was transferred to the Miami Offices reporting to North America. Her growth continued, and she was later appointed to be part of the International team moving her report to the London Headquarters By mid-2019, her responsibilities were extended from copros, production, and formats, adding content distribution and the digital business. Michelle currently leads the Miami offices looking after the integral business of Banijay Group in Latin America.

Some of her main achievements include the consolidation of Endemol Shine in the Latin region with over 50 productions/year and the development and production for Netflix’s first original teen musical series “Go! Vive a tu Manera”, the first teen original series of the platform that has already been running for 3 seasons and hundreds of musical concerts.
