Miriam Luciow is an international Production Executive with extensive experience in Production & Development of original content in the US and Latin America. Luciow is MarVista Entertainment Vice President of Global Content with special focus on the Spanish language content slate.
Prior to joining MarVista, Luciow was Vice President of Production & Development for ViacomCBS Networks Americas where she supervised original productions for MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Paramount Networks.
Miriam oversaw Nickelodeon Latin America’s tween content, including the musical time-traveling hit series Club 57, the gaming series Noobees, and the English-language formats I Am Frankie and Every Witch Way for Nickelodeon International. In addition, she was also responsible for supervising production for the sci.fi thriller Dani Who? (Paramount Network Latin America’s first original series) and ANA for Comedy Central Latin America, a dramedy starring Ana de La Reguera loosely based on her life. Both series were acquired by Amazon Prime.
Luciow started her career at Univision, then worked at Discovery Communications, overseeing Discovery Kids Creative, and serving as General Producer for the People+Arts channel, a BBC and Discovery joint venture.
Luciow was born in Caracas, Venezuela where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising in 1990. She currently lives in Miami with her husband and twin daughters.
